Wonderful, beautifully maintained room with a private bathroom and a bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets. Exceptional service, brilliant and lovely staff during stay. The pool area is heated too. Free internet, parking on site.

The outdoor pool offered fantastic views, made our afternoons special. The staff were friendly, and their assistance with local attractions was a highlight of our stay. The city view from our room added a lovely backdrop to our mornings.

The room decor felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

Our family enjoyed an lovely stay at the Monte in Ponta Delgada. The amazing views from our Double Room Ocean View made our mornings special. The outdoor pool, overlooking the sea, was a highlight for my daughters. Though the food options felt repetitive, the local dining experience outside the hotel offered tasty alternatives.

The Double Room with Ocean View was spacious and had an amazing balcony with amazing views. The bed was huge and comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. It felt a bit outdated though, which took away from the overall vibe a little. The cleanliness was definitely on point.
